
Start your day with a workout and sweat as much as you can.
- Rule no. 1 – Be selfish and do things that you want to. (Make sure they don’t affect your health). Rule no. 2- Follow rule no.1
- Keep people around you happy and I promise, you will feel happy internally and people around you will keep you happy in return. Life is always “Give and take”.
- Watch comedy movies / videos atleast once in 3 days. It keeps your mood light.
- Have short term goals and plan everyday to achieve them.
- Laugh at your problems and warn them by finding solutions.
- Plan and travel once in a month slightly outside the city. This will make you excited. I wouldn’t suggest you to ride a bike, instead share a drive or use public transport.
- Research things that excites you.
