Dr. Raj Phanden alumni of Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is a professionl doctor since 2005 . He deliver good services From Aastha Hospital at bhuna in haryana , India with her wife . But sudden a Thunder fall on them , He lost his beloved wife in a road accident . How it can be sarrowfull  we can only imagine . Also he lost his parents with illnes . Now he was alone in this crowdfull world . But he make strong to himself and decided to live for those in need .

One thing came across his mind about the environment that we live in is degrading day by day . And due to this road accident are happening day by day to which he lost her wife . Then he decided to save thousand others who were prone to loosing life her wife .

ONE THING CAME AS A HOPE FOR SAVING LIVES ACROSS THE WORLD AND YOU WON’T BELIEVE WHAT WAS IT –
IT WAS TRAVEL THE WORLD ON BICYCLE .

He started paddling from Bhuna Haryana since 5 september 2016 . And He start compaign “Wheel for green” against raod traffic accident, people suffering from floods each year and for all social causes which was harmful for human.

He continue his travelling without break . Untill 2018 he completed 33100km in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos,Vietnam and Myanmar ,Malaysia ,Singapore Indonesia ,Burnai, Philippines , Taiwan, Japan , South Korea, Hongkong, Macau ,Oman, UAE, Azerbaijan Now In Iran with 690 seminars and 59000 saplings planted with the support of friends, relatives, cycling clubs and Lions Club’s members. The support has been largely in terms of kinds and cash that includes, accommodation, food, camera, cycle and importantly their blessing. and still he his travelling with double hope .



And his travelling plan is also amazing .

Mindset peoples do same what do others but they do it in different way and that different way make them success . Ofcourse many times we get failure but it does not mean we give up that . Because every problem come with his solution only we need to refresh that , think about that and need to gave some times for that problems . Problems are just like riddles and if you have your mind set then easily you can break that problem. But never compromise with your quality don’t be laid down to solve your problem , maintain your status . Person named Karoly was a army soldier and two times Olympic shooting champion too . He was sharp shooter of his troop and he had face war also . Every one want to became like him we can say he was roll model of troop and for his kin-kith also. He was from germany . His was going smoothly , he was happy with wife and children all were in his family.
It was starting january Karoly was in his camp ,he was having dinner with friends , suddenly all got know about it that other country wants to attack on their country and they are continue bomb-barding at border . Karoly was captain of troop So, chief-in-commander ordered him to prepared hid troop for war . Karoly reached in war reason with other soldiers . They were fight bravely, He was caption so other was following him . suddenly a bullet touched karoly right hand and it make him weak , all were saying him to leave the war zone but he do not this . After win the war he fell unconcious , his friends concern to the doctors for check-up but it was to late , Poison of bullet had spread all over the hand so Karoly lost his hand in this war . By the way germany won the war but he lost his Right hand . After loosing his hand he was useless for army . All were praising him – You fought bravely and you win , You are great …blah ..blah… Al were trying to make satisfy him but he was not satisfy with him , Because he was sharp shooter due to his right hand and today with right hand he is nothing , he has no value in society .

When he get cure fully , get discharged from hospital . After staying in home he leave home and go there where no one was about his relation . He choose a calm place , there no one know him .
He started his shooting practice by left hand , All who were seeing him they were criticising him . But he was dump for them …He continue his practice for 2 years whenever he get perfection in shooting with left hand . He listen about shooting championship which was going to held in city . He also send his name as participants.
Now it was day , Few hours were left to start championship . All participater were in shooting range . Karoly also reached there , When all see him they start making laugh , Someone says that this is not for man without hand , you can not win this championship Here already genius sharpshooter are present with their both hand si, how you can beat them . But he was just ignoring them .

Now championship had been started all were trying their best Kailerry was also one of then who were trying to beat each-other. At last Karoly on this championship with a large margin now all lips were glued who were mocking him. On lookers was asking for autographs of karoly . Here it was not win of karoly it was win of man without hand over mans with hand ‘.
Karoly won because his mindset was clear , He was familiar with his determination will-power He was passionating about that He knowed it better because if he would not do it then no one dot it for him . He make his vision clear and set up a goal . He never give up that . And he got what he wanted to get .
Here a moral we got that if you have zeal and passion You can do anything what you want to do .

3. Help student find personal meaning and value in the material .
4. Ensure opportunities for students success by assigning task that are neither too easy nor to difficult .
5. Help students feel that they are valued member of a learning community .
   

STEP TO MOTIVATION YOURSELF-

1. Stay firm
2. Give yourself reward .
3. Think about your future .
4. Do not live into pressure
5. Participate in class.
6. Keep track of your grades.

Hii  ! I Hope You are all well .As we already read in first blog about meditation and how much it can be important . Group practice of meditation is now being offered in prisons around the world . I recently read about a new meditation programme in some middle schools in the slum of sanfrancisco , California .

These schools were notorious for their low attendence , low student academic performance , and so much violence that police cars were parked outside daily.
A new principal introduced a 15-minute transcendental meditation session at the beginning and end of each day . Within a few months , student attendance was up 98%, grades had improved dramatically , and violence was almost nonexistent .

At a time when each day brings some new act of violence that claims yet more innocent lives , these stories offer great hope for the future . They provide an answer to the question. How is it possible to achieve world peace ?
As in the case of the meditating prisoners and students , human consciousness must first change on an individual level before broader social changes can take place . The Dalai Lama said,"If we taught every eight year old to meditate , we would end war in one generation . " Laws can't control violence governments can not prevent it , nor can wars stop it , Because violence start in the consciousness of the individual lost in ignorance.

Hii  ! I hope you all are fine and happy . Some times we need to take rest from our hectic life , some times we crab in a fix and that time we can’t understood what we do ? Today here i will tell you story of a prisoner and here you will see How your mindset change your life , How can it became you a great man ,a successful person .

The man had committed murder many times and was now incarcerated in prison . Yet , as we watched him tell his story in the documentry ‘Doing time ,Doing vipassana,’his face was peaceful and his eyes were calm .
He explained that although he had committed many murders , he had never felt any remorse about the lives he had taken , or even a connection between himself and his deeds . Then a new warden at prison introduced a voluntary programme of Vipassana meditation .
At first only a few prisoners participated , coming in large part to relieve on monotony .
But somethings started to change in these men ;and others , noticing the difference , Began to join in their daily meditation sessions . From a few participants , the numbers soon swelled to a few thousand , and the atmosphere of the prison began to change . The meditators began to wear fresh clothes , clean their environment , and improve the whole prison ground . They began to serve each-other , caring for those in need and helping the elderly and ill.
But more importantly ,Their consciousness began to change . The man in the story explained that after meditating for some months , he began to realize for the first time in his life the enormity of the since he had committed . He prayed to god to be for given and eventually was allowed to contact the family of one of his victims to beg for their forgiveness.
The victims family came to prison to meet their son’s murderer and not only forgave him , but also continued to visit. After a period of time , They even legally adopted him as their son.

Absolutely It was a great step taken by family , But if any one accept his guilty We have to forgave him because now he’d realized that he was wrong and now he need of one more chance to mend himself , And Humanity says that we are human, we have power to give pardon . But if you think That anyone is fond of perform murder, riots or illegal things , Then never forgave him and try to do suitable for him .
Meditation is the power who concentrate our mind , and through this we can hear our inner voice , we can judge it what we are ? What is our goal and what we need to improve in ourselves . If only 10 to 15 minute meditation can change our whole life , It can make pleasure and charming our life , Then why we should not do it. Why are you mouchhing around to get peace When it is in you , Only you need to find out that . You will get all that what you want .
